SPECIALISATION IN SOUTH INDIA

We operate through a network of 9,000 serviceable locations and 650 branches in the five states of Tamilnadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telugana and Pondicherry, covering all the major commercial towns and cities as well as tiny villages of the nook and corner of South India, which is our specialty.

OUR TEAM:

We have a strong team of 250 travelling representatives, 1000 hub staff and an innumerable number of delivery Staffs, in addition to professionally trained departmental heads, managers and executives.

OUR NETWORK:

Our network is supported with 73 Hubs at key locations to serve the needs of transshipment. The administration of these hubs in the network is shared by our Registered Office at Chennai, and the Regional Offices at Madurai, Trichy, Coimbatore, Erode, Salem, Bangalore, Hubli, Cochin, Trichur, Palghat, Hyderabad and Vijayawada, Thiruppathi which are well equipped with modern communication systems and computerized administration.

FLEET MANAGEMENT:

Our hubs are well connected with around 200 major (20/17/14 foot containers) and minor(407/Tata Super Aces) vehicle by road surface and hence reaching all major cities and town/first tire village are made feasible overnight. All the Vehicle are tracked with GPS system. Vehicle are being operated end-to-end with set of staffs(OTC) and locked with unique numbered one time use lock.

ONLINE - COMPUTERISED TRACKING:

Our consignment slip is bar coded by which each and every consignment is tracked by computer and as such it will be our easiest job to trace and identify any consignment in the network through our customer cell, which works round the clock to serve our valuable customers and we provide the status of your consignments at any point of time, as we track all the consignments through inter-linked computer systems, as all our consignment slips are bar coded. Our R & D dept., is continuously in the process of upgrading and modernizing our tracking system to give better services to our clients. POD IMAGE UPDATION:

PODs are our basic tool, which we collect physically from all our branches and feed the same in our systems three times every day by which pending deliveries are identified and actions taken for immediate delivery. Also, Most of our offices updating scan image of the POD on line. A click on link would support our client to get POD online.

RTO Handling:

Since Our network cover up major cities, towns, second tier towns, Villages in first and second tiers, 95% of consignments are getting delivered in 24hrs(95%) and 48 hrs (4% only). In case of any valid reasons the RTO consignment would travel back to Origin as RTO. Our RTO executives completely scrutiny the genuineness of the RTO reasons prior forwarding to origin.

Pickup Cut-off:

1. Cut off for Tamilnadu: Load pickup for regular Courier/ Express cargo activities will be 6:30/7:00 Pm every day

2. Various cut off time would be adopted for various distance /zones/States.

Bills & Payments:

1. Tax, FSC and our rates would be changed according to the percentage of variation in fuel cost announced and implemented by government (once in a year /with the due consultation on acceptance of client).

2. Centralized contract and Centralized/De-centralized billing cane be done. Bills for the regular courier/Express Cargo services will be submitted on or 5th of subsequent month and payments should be released with 15days from the date of submission of bill.

Value added Services:

1. For single point of contact a Key Account Executive will be provided.

2. Every day MIS reports (In soft/Excel form) on Pickup/Connection and Delivery/RTO will be forwarded apart from our Tracking system to the specified mail id of client in an incremental basis.

3. 5 levels Escalation Matrix at our side will be provided for issues to be escalated if any.

4. Track and Trace link/Website Track & Trace facility will be provided.

5. Once in a month/Fortnight; a formal meet will be organized for service level updataion.

6. In case of any issue/dispute on delivery; on request scan image of the POD/DRS would be mailed.
